You already have everything you
need to live a vibrant life.
You just need to remember where you
My name is Rachel Astarte. As a transformational life coach, author, teacher, mother, shamanic practitioner, peace activist, voice-over artist, comedian, and life-long introvert, I know how hard it can be to find your true place in the world.
I spent years trying to conform to labels—artist, productive member of society, woman!—instead of living the vibrant life that I was created to live. I didn't trust that being who I really am was good enough. (Maybe I was too weird. No one would like me.)
I ended up drained of energy and in a state of low-grade depression that permeated my entire life—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
Finally, I'd had enough. I threw myself into my own laboratory (a one-bedroom apartment in the "Gramercy ghetto" of NYC) and did the hard work to change.
I discovered that the source of my pain was also the salve: My self.
I tore down the structure of "ME" made with the bricks others had designed, and rebuilt my identity from the ground up, using my deepest self as the architect. Now, for example, I mother in my own way, not the way I see in magazines, on commercials, or in pink bubbly blogs.
As a life coach who specializes in assisting people in transition, I do only one thing: I introduce you to your Self. The Self. That one that knows exactly what you need to live a full life, and how to get there.
It's time to be your own guru.
Your own healer.
Your own best friend.
Here's to your wild, wonderful Self.
Many blessings on your path,
